Shaila’s background is investment in International Equity Markets. Ten years ago she left financial trading to set up Inpiritus, to trade in paper products made by rural women’s associations in Rajasthan. She had been looking to become more actively involved in social issues and her return to India has allowed this.
 
Saurabh has been involved in the field of addiction and rehabilitation for several years. In 2002 he was the co founder of Nijaat, a voluntary rehabilitation facility in Dehradun. He continues to be the administrator of Nijaat. He works tirelessly with all the schools of Dehradun to promote awareness of the dangers of substance abuse.
 

Amrit runs a school, Chandrawati Tiwari Public School, for economically deprived children in the Mothrawala area of Dehra. Her aim is to provide a superior academic base for children who are otherwise restricted to the limits of state education. Her background is in education and advertising. She is also involved with the Doon school, India’s Leading public school.
 
Mr. Brijnath retired to India 12 years ago after thirty years in the international corporate world. His last position was on the Executive Board of RPG Enterprises. Since retiring, he has been involved in charitable enterprises in an advisory capacity.
 
Dr. Joshi is the Honorary Director of the Doon Library & Research Centre Dehra Dun. He was the Vice Chancellor of Kumaon University, Nainital From 1996-1998; Director of Giri Institute of Development Studies, Lucknow 1987-1996; previously taught Political Science at Allahabad University; Panjab University Regional Centre Simla; Himachal Pradesh University, Simla; University Hawaii, Honolulu.
 
Mr. Ramchandani is the Managing Director of Ramchandani Education Consultants Ltd. He works to progress access to education for all children. He retired from a highly successful business career at Blue Star to pursue this commitment to education. He was the Headmaster at Doon School before setting up his educational consultancy.
